Lofts at Buffalo Hill

The Lofts at Buffalo Hill in Kalispell, Montana is a new independent living residential development being constructed as an expansion of the Immanuel Living campus. The project includes 39 modern apartment residences designed for active adults, with units ranging from approximately 550 to over 1,700 square feet and offering amenities such as community gathering spaces, fitness facilities, and underground parking.

Developed to meet growing demand for maintenance-free senior living in the Flathead Valley, the Lofts at Buffalo Hill will provide residents with convenient access to dining, wellness programs, and social activities within the larger Immanuel Living campus. All residences were reserved before construction began, reflecting strong regional demand for high-quality independent living options in Northwest Montana. The project is expected to be completed around 2027.

The building is designed with a variety of residential layouts and shared amenities to support an active lifestyle, while also integrating with the surrounding Buffalo Hill campus and its services. Plans also include connections to nearby facilities and additional community spaces, helping create a cohesive senior living environment that supports independence, wellness, and community engagement for residents.
